Associate Program
Hyde Salon offers a dynamic Associate Program like no other salon! Our program is hands-on with you working side by side with a lead stylist to refine your technical skills and learn how to give the ultimate guest experience. In addition, you will have weekly hands-on classes that dive into the details of making you a top stylist. The goal of our associate program is to jump start your career and set you up to be a top stylist in the industry in less than 1 year.

Discovery Call
Once you have submitted your info to us, give us 48 hours to reach out to set up a phone call to chat. Keep in mind, our response days are Tuesday-Friday.

The phone call is a chance to give us more details about yourself and to learn more about us.

Shadow Day
Come meet the team in our space and see us in action. You will spend 2-3 hours seeing all the inner workings of Hyde and experience our culture firsthand.

This visit will conclude with another opportunity to visit with our team leaders.

If we vibe on the phone call, the next step will be to meet with Shannon in person at a local coffee shop.
We will dive deep into the structure of the Associate Program and give you a chance to get all of your questions answered.
