Certified in the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method and currently completing certification in the Luna Method, Shay has pursued advanced extension education to ensure her guests receive the most refined, undetectable results possible. She is highly skilled in hand-tied wefts that perfectly match each guest’s natural tone, creating extensions that feel as natural as they look.

Her approach is strategic and detail-driven. Shay specializes in building long-term color and extension plans for busy moms and professionals who want polished, low-maintenance hair that supports their lifestyle.

As a Lead Stylist, Shay plays a key role in developing the next generation of talent at Hyde Salon. She leads classes within our assistant program, participates in Train the Trainer courses, and contributes to Hyde’s vision planning — helping uphold the standards that define the salon.
