In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for all guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be incur a late cancel fee of 50% of the scheduled services, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show to your appointment, you will incur a lat cancel fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service.
Services at Hyde Salon are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we are unable to extend service time or issue refunds for late arrivals.
While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 8 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.
Our team of stylists pride ourselves on being prompt for you as well. We schedule ourselves in a way to be prepared to begin your services on time. In the rare instance we are running behind, we will reach out to you in as timely as a manner as possible to alert you of the situation.

Hyde Salon strives to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please get in contact with us within 5 days of your visit and we are happy to come up with a plan to correct the issue.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.
